The Travel Expert’s Best Travel Deals – 10th June 2025
I’ve searched the web so you don’t have to! My best travel deals from Ireland include last minute holidays, short breaks, amazing summer holidays, and super staycations.
This week’s best travel deals are here! Jet off on a last minute adventure to Corfu, enjoy a family holiday in Lanzarote, an adult getaway in Lake Garda, a Med cruise in October, all-inclusive holidays in Mexico, an early booking break for Easter or fun-filled staycations in Cork in Mayo.

Best Last Minute: Corfu Escape from €551

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break, then I think I found the perfect place! The Palms Sidari is a small family run complex of just 10 apartments that are rented throughout the summer. There is a pool and bar and a snack bar that according to the TripAdvisor reviews serves up delicious breakfasts! And, if you fancy a change of scenery the pretty town of Sidari is a 20 minute walk away, or 5 minute cab ride.
Price for a seven-night stay including flights, transfers and checked baggage is €694 on the 27th of June or €575 on the 11th of July. Want to bring the kids or some friends along? The price for a family stay in a duplex apartment is €551 per person on the 25th of July.

Best Overnight Escape: 4 Star Hotel with Breakfast & Prosecco €53pp

Enjoy an overnight escape at the 4 Star Leonardo Hotel Cork for €105 for two people, with breakfast and a bottle of prosecco to share! We had a super time in Cork city last year, and this is an amazing opportunity to visit the food capital of Ireland.
Visit Cork’s English Market and Marina Market, take a boat trip with Ocean Escapes, cycle the Passage West Greenway or take a trip to Spike Island – there are so many great things to do in Cork.

Best Summer Sun: A week in Lake Garda, SOLD OUT!

Best Family Holiday: Lanzarote in July

There’s a great pool scene here and entertainment for all the family.

Best Family Staycation: Mayo
Rooms that cater for large families are often hard to come by, but Breaffy House Resort in Mayo offers great value with rooms that sleep up to six. We stayed here twice and had a wonderful experience.
The expansive grounds are a pleasure to explore and is a large swimming pool and spa on site. There is also so much to much to see and do in Mayo, it is one of my favourite counties, check out my guide here and you will see why:

Best Longhaul: All Inclusive in Mexico with Direct Aer Lingus Flights: €1584pp

Take advantage of the new Aer Lingus direct flight from Dublin to Cancun and book a luxury all inclusive escape on Mexico’s Caribbean Coast! I found an amazing deal staying in the super all-inclusive Dreams Riviera Cancun. You may seen me promote Alghero before, but this super deal will see you enjoying a long weekend in the celebrity hot spot, Olbia.
Fly direct from Dublin to Olbia on Saturday the 4th of October and enjoy a three-night stay in the Residence Ea Bianca for €239 or the 4 Star Sa Pedra Hotel for just €289 per person.
Best Cruise: MSC Seaview Cruise from €1199pp

Cruise the Med on MSC Seaview with this unbelievable sale! Price for a seven-night Med cruise with flights, baggage, transfers and all meals, entertainment and gratuities included is just €1199 on the 4th of October.
Set sail from Barcelona visiting Cannes, Genoa, La Spezia ( for Tuscany ), Rome and Palma before returning to Barcelona for your flight home. You can add on a premium drinks package for €280 per person.

Best Early Booking Offer: Easter week in Crete, €499pp
Easter 2026 may seem a long way away but its always wise to book early to secure the best value. I found a great deal to the top-rated Minos hotel in the resort of Rethymo near Chania – a beautiful resort that I stayed in a few years ago.
Visit Elafonsi Beach, where I am pictured above – this is best beach in the world according to TripAdvisor readers this year! I also recommend exploring the nearby Venetian towns and Greek villages, and you can even take a day trip to Santorini which is just 2.5 hours away.
Price for flights and a seven-night stay with breakfast, departing Good Friday, is only €499 per person.
