I’ve searched the web so you don’t have to! My best travel deals from Ireland include last minute holidays, short breaks, amazing summer holidays, early booking offers, and super staycations.
This week’s best travel deals post includes a winter week in Gran Canaria, spring breaks in New York and the Algarve, summer holidays in Kos and Santorini, family holidays in Canada and Wexford, a Virgin Voyages cruise, an early booking offer to Marrakesh and an overnight escape in Galway.

Kickstart the new year with an active week in Gran Canaria. The Aer Lingus January sale is in full swing, but I was amazed to still find amazing value to New York for St Patrick’s Weekend. Return flights are just €358 departing Saturday 15th and returning Tuesday night 18th from Dublin, or departing Sunday 16th and returning Wednesday 19th from Shannon.
There are many accommodation options to choose from but if you want a great price in a well rated hotel, it is hard to beat the Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District. The price for a three-night stay from March 14th is just €330 per person or €703 for a family of four!

If Quinta do Lago is on your radar, but you don’t fancy paying summer holiday prices, then do what we did and book it for a spring break. There are less crowds, the good restaurants don’t have to be booked weeks in advance, and the hotels are a fraction of the cost!
The 5 star Wyndham Grand Algarve is up there with the best of them and a three-night break in a one-bedroom sunset suite with flights and breakfast included is available from €317 per person from Dublin, departing 22nd February

Jet off to the sunny island of Kos in Greece this summer. I visited Kos many years ago and would love to return. I recall the many great things to do in Kos and we even hopped across to Turkey for the day – Bodrum is just a 30 minute ferry ride away.
I found return flights for just €227 in August and a seven-night stay at the Michaelis studios is only €242 per person! These top-rated apartments receive excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and offer great value for a summer holiday in peak season. If you prefer a hotel stay, the Ari Boutique Hotel is also great value at just €186 per person for a three-night stay including breakfast.
