The Travel Expert’s Best Travel Deals – 15th July 2024
I’ve searched the web so you don’t have to! My best travel deals from Ireland include last minute holidays, short breaks, early booking offers, cruise deals, and super staycations.
In this week’s best travel deals I have last minute holidays to Spain, September in Kos and Boston, a weekend in Santorini for €336, family holidays to Majorca and Malta, winter in Morocco and Bali, and super staycations in Louth and Sligo.

Flights to Malaga have never been so low for August. I found return flights for just €145 on Saturday the 10th of August!
You can choose to stay in many of the popular resorts on the Costa del Sol, but if you want to try something a little different, I found a good deal to the famous Parador Hotel in Ronda. The views from this hotel are stunning and it would be nice for a short break too.
Price for a seven night stay including flights is €699, or a three night stay including flights from the 10th of August is just €392 per person.

Aer Lingus sale has up to 25% off European destinations from the 20th of July until the 30th of September, and flights to the US from €199 each way.
I found return flights to Kos for €158 on the 14th of September, and a seven night stay at the Leonidas Hotel & Studios is just €241 per person! I have lots of hotel and apartment recommendations in this post:

I’m just back from a daycation to Louth and can’t believe how much Ireland’s smallest county has to offer! We cycled the Carlingford Greenway, raced the International Circuit at WhiteRiver Park Karting and had a fabulous seaside lunch in The Glyde Inn.

Scratch Santorini off your bucket list with this weekend break from only €336! I found return flights in October for €236 departing Friday morning October 11th and returning on Monday evening. A three-night stay at the top-rated Anezina Villas in Perissa is only €100 per person!

Majorca ticks all boxes for family holidays and I found some great properties still available in August. The 4-Star Prinsotel Alba is top-rated on TripAdvisor and is located in the pretty town of Cala D’or – price for a family of four for seven nights is €3271 on the 1st of August including flight, transfers and baggage.
If you prefer an all-inclusive resort, the 4-Star Alua Calas De Mallorca Resort available from €3974 based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing on the 14th of August.
Both of these deals include flights, transfers and checked baggage, and the all inclusive offer includes all meals and drinks too. They are available on many dates in August from Dublin and Cork, simply edit the dates via the links below to suit your requirements.

Set on beautiful grounds and close to Sligo Town centre, the 4-star Clayton Sligo is a great choice if you are looking to explore the Wild Atlantic Way this summer.
We stayed here a few years ago and loved its family friendly facilities and spacious family rooms. The leisure centre has a separate kids pool, and a kids club usually operates during school holidays.
Price for a two-night stay in a 2 bedroom family room is €475 from the 28th of July. Many more dates are available.

Looking for a cheap winter sun deal? I found return flights to Agadir for just €122 on the 22nd of November! The 3-Star Yasmina Agadir receives good reviews on TripAdvisor and is priced at just €125 per person for a seven night stay – making the total cost just €247 per person!
The 4-Star Hotel Timoulay & Spa Agadir is rated the best hotel in Agadir on TripAdvisor, and was a Travellers Award Winner last year. Price for flights and a seven-night stay here is just €399 per person.

It is never easy to find deals for the February mid term break, but I found this super early booking offer to the db Seabank Resort & Spa in Malta. This all-inclusive resort is one of the best resorts in Malta for families and has Malta’s largest pool, as well as a adult-only pool, indoor pool and a Spa.
Kids will enjoy the indoor play house and kids clubs, day and evening entertainment, and sports activities, including games room and bowling lanes in the sports bar.
Price for flights and a seven-night stay in a Quad Room is €1536 from Dublin on the 19th of February, or €1978 on the 14th of February, based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing, on an all inclusive basis.
