The Cinco Plaza apartments in Puerto del Carmen have been a firm favourite with Irish holidaymakers for many years, due to their central location and lively atmosphere. I found a seven-night package deal for €516 in January.
If you prefer an all-inclusive hotel, the 4-Star Rio Playa Blanca Hotel is only €756 in January and €839 in February for a seven night stay.
Prices include flights, checked baggage and airport transfers, and the all inclusive resort includes meals and drinks too.

I visited Decoy Country Cottages last week and was very impresed by the spacious cottages and family friendly faciliites on site. Children will love the alpaca, pony and pet goat, and the Kids Den has toys and books for younger children, as well as a games room and fitness suite upstairs for older teens. They are pet friendly too!
